many benefits.  Pet owners have a longer
life expectancy and are more likely to
survive heart attacks than individuals

The Value of Devotion

"The secret of life is to have a task, something you devote your entire life to,

Laughter has many benefits:  it gives your
heart, diaphragm, abdomen and facial muscles
a good work out and releases tension.  Find
ways to bring laughter into your life, watch
funny movies, read comic strips, or enjoy
watching children play.
