Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli,
bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower
and cabbage contain phytonutrients which
help cleanse the body of cancer causing
substances.  They are also a good source
of beta carotene, vitamins C and E, folate,
and calcium.
